Meet Coach Kee

I created a program to help women reset their habits, rebuild their strength, and reclaim their confidence from the inside out

I’m Kee — A recipient of a M.Ed in Counseling. B.S in Psychology, Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Life Coach. I am also an educator and mental health professional turned wellness and fitness coach, passionate about helping women transform their bodies, minds, and lifestyles through a holistic and realistic approach to health.

How I Got Here and Why I Believe So Deeply in This Work

I spent years supporting individuals through emotional challenges, trauma, stress, and the heavy parts of life.

Over time, I began to notice something important. The gap between physical and mental health was too wide, and women were falling through it.

I saw firsthand how chronic stress, cortisol imbalance, emotional eating, overwhelm, normal responsibilities, exhaustion, and the constant pressure to be strong were affecting not only women’s mental well-being, but their physical health too.

I knew there had to be a more integrated way to support women.

So I stepped into the health, fitness, and wellness space to bridge that gap. I combined the emotional understanding of mental health with the structure, strength, and empowerment of wellness coaching.

Because the truth is simple.
Your health is not just physical.
Your healing is not just emotional.
Your transformation must honor both.

I Know What This Journey Feels Like

I don’t coach from theory.
I coach from lived experience.

I understand what it feels like to struggle with weight, navigate hormonal changes, carry chronic stress, be a caregiver, grapple with unresolved issues, lose yourself in the process, fight for consistency, start over again and again, and feel tired in your body while overwhelmed in your mind.

I’ve been there.

That’s why I created Kee2Life Total Reset. My objective was not just to give women workouts or meal plans, but to create a safe and supportive space where women can breathe, rebuild, and remember who they are.

My Mission Is Simple and Sacred

I want women to know that the chapter they are in is not their entire story. You get to write the rest with clarity, intention, and support.

My work is driven by one purpose. To help women become healthy and whole through the process of:
