Meet Coach Kee
I’m a mental health professional turned wellness and fitness coach, dedicated to helping women reset their habits, rebuild their strength, and reclaim their confidence from the inside out.
I stepped into this work to “Bridge the Gap between Physical and Mental Health — because true transformation requires both. I understand the real challenges women face: cortisol imbalance, chronic stress, emotional eating, weight fluctuations, and the demands of caregiving and life.
My holistic approach is built on lived experience, compassion, structure, and the belief that the chapter you’re in right now is not your entire story.
